Gunnison Fish & Raft offers guided Float Fishing & Walk-Wade tours on the world famous, Gold Medal Waters, of the Upper Gunnison River. The Colorado state record Rainbow, Brown & Lake Trout were all caught in the Gunnison river drainage.

We at Gunnison Fish and Raft have been guiding float and walk wade trips in the Gunnison / Crested Butte area since 1979. Our guides can teach a novice to properly land their first rainbow trout or help even the most experienced fly fishing angler access the best Gunnison River fishing. Let us show you local fishing techniques, casting, presentation and most of all where the fish are. Join us and we will make a custom fly fishing trip for you, your family and friends.

As always, for our non-fishing guests, we offer custom casual (Class II) float-trips on the Gunnison River season long. These popular trips are for all ages and private to your group.

Custom tours upon request; our specialty
50% deposit (or Credit Card #) required to hold trip at time of booking, with 30 day cancellation notice for refund. All trips cancelled inside 48 hours will be billed in full (June 15 through August 15)
Family Float trips and winter ice fishing excursions also available upon request - call for rates
We suggest you bring your own waders & rods, but we will supply them if you do not have your own
Instructional courses are available, and are included in every trip
